One completely Validated software with Complete Flexability: It will run on a stand-alone Computer, a Hospital Server (with multiple users), or a State Citrix Server. BirthtypeÔ delivers both Validated data and Electronically captured Signatures over a secure port or directly to paper.
Option 1- You can print the forms, ignor the electronic signature fields and have the parents, witnesses, and or notary sign the paper forms with a ball-point pen. It's fast.

Overview
When you type your birth certificates with
BirthtypeÔ, the
information from the birth certificates will automatically
complete the Healthy Start, and Social Security
application. Your birth log, and birth statistical
reports are also created automatically. If printing is necessary
our software uses a standard laser printer and plain paper to
produce all of the State forms. You never have to load or
align pre-printed blank birth forms into a printer again.
It also allows you to type the birth certificates, even at the
mother's bedside on a laptop or PC/Tablet. BirthtypeÔ
automatically types the name of the hospital, certifier, attendant,
typist, and their address, title, etc. We will offer soon a direct
connection to your Hospital database to automatically populate the
parent statistics portion of the birth certificate i.e.name,
social, address etc. The form as well as the data can then be
printed and or sent electronically. For prining BirthtypeÔ creates the
form on a laser printer and inserts the text perfectly every time,
including filling out the complete paternity statement on the
