Professional Phase One has been approved by Vital Statistics and
is ready for implementation.
Brookins Communications, Inc. would like to thank the
Florida Office of Vital Statistics for their
assistence in the development of the "data
validation" part of the BirthTypeÔ
Professional update. It took us well over a year to validate every
field in the BirthTypeÔ birth
certificate software and their diligence was remarkable. We would
like to thank them by name however that may not be proper. Our many
thanks.
Now that we have added the electronic signature fields to
BirthTypeÔ we feel
other States will want BirthTypeÔ for their
State.
Phase one of BirthTypeÔ
Professional will add the data validation feature requiring
accurate data entry of Birth Data. This will create error
free Records which will also open the door to sending a
perfect data file containing the Birth Record with
electronic signatures. Printing and mailing the Birth
Certificate Applications is always your option even
though it will no longer be necessary. Electronic
signatures are now acceptable and available.
Phase one release is now available. It will involve
you accessing our FTP web site to get the new EXE file for your
Software. Please email us at kbrookins@birthtype.com or call 800 9336615 for
your access password.

Please contact us for the latest software updates. We are
now using a secure FTP site to facilitate updates.
